The aim of this program is for you to take control of your life, your emotions, your decisions. To empower you to understand that you have the self-authority to choose how you respond in each moment and situation. To enable you to identify when things are snowballing and be able to stop, regulate and respond.

The nervous system works in both the mind and body, so it is important to address both of these aspects when learning to self-regulate. This is why each module includes the literature, the science, the juicy information - the content for your brain to absorb. You will also get practical exercises to try and discover what works for your body, and journal prompts to look into your own patterning and responses and deepen the understanding of the content.
