A little about Kate
As a holistic mentor and facilitator, I empower individuals to reconnect with their true selves and lead lives grounded in love, excitement, and purpose. With an Associate Degree in Health Science, and certifications in NIS, Reiki, Spirit Breathwork, and Emotion Code, I blend scientific insight with holistic practices to create a comprehensive approach to personal growth.
My mission is to help clients restore balance, regulate the nervous system, build self-authority, and establish belief systems that support a fulfilling life. Drawing from my experience in the corporate world, business owner and as a single mother, I intimately understand the pressures of a high-paced life. This led me on a path of spiritual development, inspiring me to advocate for a balanced, intentional way of living.
Today, I guide others to achieve both career success and personal well-being, showing that true fulfillment comes from living authentically and intentionally from the heart.

Like free stuff?
Do you listen to your body? You know it has the answers right? The answers do not come from our thoughts or analysing - they come from our body, our gut, our intuition and internal guidance system. I have created some tools to help you establish and maintain this connection so you can feel more balanced within yourself, have control over your days (not just feel like every day is groundhog day) and really build that trust within yourself.
How often do you make time to stop and listen to your body? And actually do as she is asking? So often we do not like what she is telling us… rest, breathe, drink water, ground in nature, have some ‘me’ time. We do not like the answers because our mind is telling us we need to get *insert endless to-do-list* done here, we told so-and-so we would catch up today, we should really clean the house while the kids are asleep, and insert every other unreasonable expectation we put on ourselves here. She is screaming at us with symptoms of mental, emotional and physical pain, reactivity and stress.
Once we start to listen, and act on what we are hearing, our body begins to trust us and will give us more and more information and guidance. Our intuition will grow, our nervous system will start to settle little by little, we can stand strong in our boundaries and really put ourselves first. Because no one is more important than you ♥️♥️
