Welcome to Blue Sky Mind ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing and using our website, booking our services, or attending our events and retreats, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully.
1. Services
We offer a range of services, including individual sessions, group programs, workshops, and retreats. All services provided are for educational and wellbeing purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice.
2. Payments and Bookings
Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.
Payment plans may be available for some offerings—please contact us to discuss options.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
General Services (excluding retreats):
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded, minus any applicable admin fees.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.
Missed appointments without notice (no-shows) are non-refundable.
Retreat Cancellation Policy:
Due to the significant planning, preparation and fixed costs involved in our retreats, the following policy applies to all retreat bookings:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on the retreat. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Cancellations made more than 3 months prior to the retreat start date will receive a 75% refund of monies paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made between 1–3 months prior to the retreat start date will receive a 50% refund of monies paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made less than 1 month prior to the retreat start date are non-refundable.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist in finding a replacement participant, however this cannot be guaranteed.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email and are effective from the date received.
It is mandatory to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
4. Transfers and Substitutions
If you are unable to attend a booked retreat or service and your cancellation falls within a non-refundable window, you may transfer your booking to another person with prior approval. You remain responsible for arranging payment between parties.
5. Changes to Offerings
We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel any service, session, or retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, illness, or minimum number requirements. In such cases, a full refund or credit will be offered.
6. Liability Disclaimer
You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your wellbeing during participation in any of our offerings. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or adverse outcome that may arise during or following your participation.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, resources, and materials provided through our services or website remain the intellectual property of Blue Sky Mind. They may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without written consent.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected will be stored securely and only used for the purposes of delivering our services. We do not share your information with third parties without consent.
